Terms & Disclaimers

• Trial Period & Refunds

• You may try your selected bundle for one month. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the bundle price within that first 30 days, minus any social media platform advertising or 3rd party expense.

• After the first 30 days, if approved by the dealership, the bundle converts to a monthly subscription (see below) and standard subscription terms apply.

• If unhappy with the service, notify us within 30 days and a refund will be issued for that billing period minus any social media platform advertising or 3rd party expense.

Monthly Subscription

• After your first month, once approved, your bundle transfers to a monthly subscription at the same bundle price, billed on the same date each month.

• Each billing cycle includes a refreshed set of deliverables matching your bundle tier (e.g., Growth subscribers receive 2 new commercials, 6 new podcasts, and 2 new explainer videos each month).

• A monthly one-hour consulting session (optional by the dealership) is included with every active subscription.

• You may cancel at any time before your next billing date with no further charges. Canceling does not affect content already delivered.

• Prices and bundle inclusions are subject to change. Dealerships will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price or bundle change.

Content Ownership & Usage

• Upon final delivery and full payment, the dealership owns full usage rights to all final video, audio, and graphic assets created for them.

• Power Shift AI may request permission to use completed assets for portfolio and marketing purposes; this is optional and will be agreed to separately.

Revisions

• Each deliverable includes up to 1 round of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $50 per round.

Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround is one week or sooner from the date all required materials are received (see “What We Need From the Dealership”).

• Delays in providing required materials may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

AI Tools & Third-Party Platforms

• Content is created using AI-assisted tools, including but not limited to AI voice generation, video generation, and editing software.

• If dealership does not was Power Shift AI to access their YouTube or other social media accounts, media content can be shared to them via a Google Shared Drive.

• Power Shift AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party AI platform and is not liable for service changes, pricing changes, or outages caused by those providers.

• Services provided through third-party partners (human voice talent, traditional advertising, SEO/Google Business Profile management, etc.) are billed and fulfilled separately by those partners. Power Shift AI is not responsible for the performance, pricing, or terms of third-party providers.

Voice & Likeness Consent

• If a dealership requests a cloned or custom voice based on a real individual (e.g., owner, GM, salesperson), written consent from that individual is required before production begins.

Ad Campaign Performance

• Ad campaign performance (views, clicks, reach) depends on market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms, and is not guaranteed.

Account Access

• Power Shift AI may request temporary access (including assistance with two-factor authentication) to set up or post to your social media and ad accounts. This access is used solely for the agreed services and login credentials are not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the work.

• 1 additional platform: $20

• 3 additional platforms: $50

• 4 platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or a podcast platform): $75

• Power Shift AI also has access to 3rd-party specialists who can help plan ad campaigns on other platforms

What We Need From the Dealership

• Your logo

• Your slogan

-Brand guidelines

• Information and photos of the vehicles you want to promote (typically 3 per commercial)

• Description and photos of vehicles discussed in the podcast (typically of 2–3 vehicles)

• Photos of your dealership

• Description of your target audience (gender, age range, interests) and target area for the YouTube ad campaign

• Topic suggestions for explainer video(s) — e.g., “what manual maintenance does my vehicle need?”

• A specific promotion to track campaign results (e.g., “$250 off any vehicle with mention of Power Shift”); results are viewable in your YouTube channel and Google Ads account

• Assistance with two-factor authentication when we log into your social media platforms on your behalf
